Roast Lamb that was cooked on an outdoor spit roast. Talk about tasty; the meat simply fell apart when you bit into it. My mouth`s watering just thinking about this delicious meat-treat as it was served on fresh bread rolls. The smell was amazing and there was quite a crowd of people that were drawn to the stall that was serving the food. No doubt the success of outside catering like this relies on the quality of the meat that is supplied. If it comes from a butcher that takes pride in their customer service levels, you can bet it`s going to be a good quality joint. Having talked about it I know what meat I`ll be having for lunch on Sunday and it`s going to be my favourite
